Pulwama, Shopian shut to mourn killing of six youths by Indian troops

SRINAGAR (KMS) – In Occupied Kashmir, a complete shutdown is being observed on Wednesday in Pulwama and Shopian districts of South Kashmir to mourn the killing of six youths by Indian troops. All shops and business centres remained closed in the two districts, while traffic is off the road. Indian troops had martyred Syed Rubaan, Sabzar Ahmed and Tauseef Ahmed Itoo during a cordon and search operation at Charar-e-Sharif in Badgam on Monday. In another incident, the troops martyred Shamsul Haq, Amir Suhail Butt and Shoaib Ahmed Shah in a similar operation in Heff Shirmal area of Shopian on Tuesday.
