Punjab caretaker govt to announce provincial budget on June 12

LAHORE (92 News) - The Punjab caretaker government will announced the provincial budget 2023-24 on June 12.

Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi will announce the four-month budget during a press conference.

According to sources, the outlay of the provincial budget likely to be Rs1,200 billion. An amount of Rs300 billion will be allocated for salaries and pensions.

The sources said that the budget will be prepared keeping in view the dollar rate of Rs290-295.
