Punjab CM apprises interior minister about steps taken to prevent Corona

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Minister for Interior Sheikh Rasheed held a meeting with Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar in Lahore on Monday.

Matters of mutual interest and law and order situation in province were discussed during the meeting. Usman Bazdar apprised Sheikh Rasheed regarding the steps taken to prevent coronavirus. Development projects in Rawalpindi were also discussed during the meeting.

On this occasion, Usman Buzdar said that Nullah Lai Expressway Project will prove to be a game changer for the people of Rawalpindi.

Shiekh Rasheed said the steps taken by the Punjab government for the welfare of the people are commendable.

On the other hand, a meeting of the chief minister held with meeting of Ulema and Mashaikh. Usman Bazdar said that implementation of Corona SOPs at public level is not satisfactory. He urged the Ulema to advise the people for implementing Corona SOPs.
