Punjab CM briefs PM Imran Khan about recent administrative changes

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar called on Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday. The chief minister briefed the prime minister about the recent administrative changes in the province. They also discussed the matters pertaining to governance in Punjab. On November 28, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and Prime Minister Imran Khan had discussed political and administrative affairs in the province during a meeting in Lahore. Chief Minister Usman Buzdar briefed the prime minister on new administrative changes in Punjab. Prime Minister Imran Khan directed the chief minister to provide maximum relief to the masses. On November 25, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar had held second meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan within the last 24 hours. He had met with the prime minster to discuss administrative changes and political scenario in Punjab. During the meeting, both the leaders exchanged views on political and administration matters. The sources said that the chief minister held consultations with PM Khan over administrations changes in the province. The sources further informed that the premier directed Usman Buzdar to control the inflation across the province. A day earlier, the Punjab chief minister had also spoken about administrative changes in the province during a conference of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) core committee chaired by PM Imran Khan. Importantly, the party’s core committee and members of the provincial assembly of Punjab had expressed serious concerns regarding the bureaucracy.
