Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz says a society having no justice deteriorates

LAHORE (92 News) - Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that a society having no justice deteriorates.

Addressing the passing out parade at Police Training College Chung on Thursday, she said that the cruel should be brought to justice.

"I have no craving for revenge. I had to reach here after crossing a river of fire. After putting on the police uniform, I came to know how much big responsibility is this," she declared.

Maryam Nawaz said that they wanted to increase the number of women in the police department.

Later, she distributed prizes among the lady constables who showed better performance. She also inspected the passing out parade.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif congratulated the passing out lady police constables and their families, and said,” Your daughters will make you proud. I feel pleasure to see pride on my father's face while informing him about the affairs of the day. I have to prove myself to come to this position.”

The CM said: "I would like to pay tribute to Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif because wherever we see development in the country, their names are there. I have a heavy responsibility to carry forward the development legacy of Nawaz Sharif's era.”
