Punjab CM Usman Buzdar asks people to stay at home for two days

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has asked the people to stay at home for two days. Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that social distancing is the only way to protect against coronavirus. He urged the people to save their family from the pandemic. He declared all shopping malls and tourist resorts will remain closed for two days. “However, medical stores, vegetable markets and grocery shops will remain open,” he added. The Punjab chief minister said that public transport will remain open and there is no ban on it. He said that a committee led by the finance minister is working for the economic package. Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid said that they are preparing a 1,000-bed field hospital.
