Punjab CM Usman Buzdar launches LDA Insaf web, mobile portals

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar launched LDA Insaf web and mobile portals. Addressing a ceremony on Wednesday in Lahore, he said that establishment of Insaf portal by the Lahore Development Authority is the most important step for immediate communication of citizens with officers and unhindered registration of complaints. “The LDA will be able to actively serve the citizens' requests in minimum time using this modern technology. Citizens can submit court orders and can ask other different types of questions through the online system,” he said. Punjab CM, Usman Buzdar, launches, LDA Insaf web, mobile portals The chief minister said that applications for approval of plans for construction of buildings in LDA's own and approved private housing schemes can be submitted. He said that citizens can get online appointment for visiting the LDA office. “Moreover, court orders can also be submitted online.” Earlier, Director General LDA Ahmed Aziz Tarar presented a cheque of Rs2.778 million on behalf of officers and employees in Chief Minister's Fund for Corona Control to Chief Minister Usman Buzdar. He said that the online portal would improve the services provided by the LDA in addition to improving confidence of citizens and saving their time. The chief minister said that the state machinery is active in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. Punjab Minister for Housing Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed, LDA Vice-Chairman SM Imran and Housing secretary and other officers were also present.
