Punjab CM Usman Buzdar visits house of martyred Captain Sajjad Gull

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar visited the house of the martyred pilot Captain Sajjad Gull on Sunday. He expressed grief and sorrow over the tragic death of Captain Sajjad Gull. He prayed for the departed soul. The chief minister said that he had come to share sympathies with the bereaved family on Eid. “Captain Sajjad Gull embraced martyrdom while performing his duty. We believe that the martyrs are alive,” he said. He prayed may Allah Almighty grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude. Sardar Usman Buzdar said that the plane crash is a national tragedy. “The Punjab government is standing with the bereaved families in this difficult time,” he added. Later, he visited the house of Khalid Sherdil and offered his condolence over the tragic death. He prayed for the departed soul. “Khalid Sherdil was an honest and brave officer. He also worked at the frontline during the coronavirus pandemic,” he said.
