In an exclusive footage received by 92 News, officials are scene taking as much as 14 and a half thousand rupees. Sources say that the offical’s used Aysha Mumtaz’s name to intimidate restaurant owners and demanded 20,000 Rs. The deal was sealed in 14,500.
