Punjab governor assures Tareen Group of removing their reservations

LAHORE (92 News) – Members of the Jahangir Tareen called on Punjab Governor Chaudhary Sarwar on Friday.

The Jahangir Tareen members, including Raja Riaz, Ajmal Cheema and Khayal Ahmed Castro, expressed their reservations.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Chaudhary Sarwar assured the members of removing their reservations.

He said that he would play a role in arranging a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan soon. "The government is taking practical steps for progress and stability of the country," he said.

The governor said that it was government's top priority to resolve the problems of the poor and weak community. "The objective of government's each project is progress and prosperity," he maintained.

He said that the government would complete its constitutional tenure. "The Punjab Aab Pak Authority fulfill the promise of providing clean drinking water. Uplift projects will soon be launched in the Faisalabad division at the earliest," he added.

On the other hand, MNA Sahibzada Mahboob Sultan and Sahibzada Ameer Sultan called on Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.
