Punjab govt considering to impose two-week complete lockdown in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – The Punjab government is considering to impose two-week complete lockdown in Lahore from June 15 in the wake of increasing coronavirus cases across the city. Following to the deteriorating situation in Lahore due to COVId-19, the suggestions were given to formulate a separate effective management policy for the provincial capital. It has been learnt that it was proposed to complete closure of the city for two weeks from Monday. Prime Minister Imran Khan will take up the matter tomorrow. According to the sources, geo-tagging of more affected areas was completed through urban development. According to the reports, only pharmacies and grocery stores will be allowed to open during the strict lockdown. However, the final decision in this regard will be taken by Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan.
