LAHORE (92 News) - Visually impaired people took out a rally from Press Club to the Punjab Assembly on Monday, in protest against Punjab Government for not providing them jobs under the special disable-quota. Police hampered the protesters who were holding placards and banners. The visually impaired people demanded implementation on two percent job quota and also warned that if the government failed to meet their demands they will stage a hunger strike. Punjab Government spokesman Zaeem Qadri said the provincial government has increased quota for blind people from two to three percent but job openings cannot be created in one day.
