Punjab Home Ministry bans public gatherings, rallies in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) - The Punjab Home Ministry on Wednesday banned public gatherings and rallies in the provincial capital.

According to a notification issued by the Punjab Home Department, a ban has been imposed on the protests, sit-ins and demonstrations.

The ban will be implemented from Wednesday (today).

According to the Punjab Home Department, the ban has been enforced keeping in view traffic and worsening security situation in the city.
