ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan have opposed the opening of educational institutions from June 1 during the Inter-Provincial Education Ministers on Wednesday. Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood presided over the conference through the video link. Source said that it has been proposed to keep the educational institutions closed after June 1. Educational institutions should be kept close as there is a threat of the spread of coronavirus. They said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had opposed the closure of the schools. The matter will be placed before the National Coordination Committee as the provinces could not evolve consensus over it. The NCC will make the final decision in this regard.
