Punjab, Sindh CMs agree to launch operation simultaneously in 'Katcha' area

KARACHI (92 News) - Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi called on Sindh Caretaker Chief Minister Justice (retd) Maqbool Baqir at CM House on Saturday.

In the meeting, the two leaders discussed important issues. They agreed to carry out an operation simultaneously in the Katcha area. It was decided that the agencies there will carry out the operation in Punjab's Kacha area.

They said that the operation will be started at the same time from the Sindh side so that no robber could escape and enter any province.

Both leaders agreed on the decisiveness of the operation. In the operation, police and other agencies/intelligence of both provinces will share information with each other.

The two chief ministers also agreed to fix the wheat price after mutual consultation.
