PWC wrestling competition being held in Lahore today

LAHORE (92 News) – The second session of World Heavy Weight Pro-Wrestling Competition is being held at Al-Hamra Complex Lahore (today) Friday.

As many as 20 international wrestlers, including former WWE stars Wade Barrett and Carlito are taking part in the competition.

The third event of the competition will be held in Islamabad on Sunday.

Earlier, Pakistan’s professional wrestler Badshah Khan had beaten former WWC Universal Heavyweight Champion Carlito in first-ever wrestling event in Pakistan.

As many as seven bouts were showcased on the opening event of Pro Wrestling Entertainment in Karachi, which was held at KMC sports complex yesterday.

Algerian Wrestler Yasim Osmani won the opening fight downing Italian Fabio Ferarri, while UK-based giant Tiny Iron overpowered tag-team of two wrestlers Tango Tim and Fury.

Wrestler Adam Flex Maxted won the second fight after defeating the Arun Ramay.

The event also included a fight between female wrestlers, which was won by Angel's Bombita by overpowering Betty Trash and Audrey Bride.

Pakistan is making progress when it comes to sports entertainment. Pakistan Pro Wrestling Entertainment knew that they needed some recognizable faces to generate interest from fans.

Wade Barrett has a pretty big name in the industry. He spent several years in WWE. Barrett ended up working as a referee.
