Qamar Zaman Kaira asks PM Imran Khan to resign

LAHORE (92 News) – PPP Qamar Zaman Kaira has asked Prime Minister Imran Khan to resign. Talking to the media on Tuesday, he said that the prime minister himself had allowed Nawaz Sharif to go for treatment. “Now he is abroad for treatment. It is not appropriate to use the words of ‘tour’ for him,” he said. The PPP leader said that a single party cannot be successful against the government. “Shehbaz Sharif must return to country,” he added. About the word of ‘selected’ for Nawaz Sharif, Qamar Zaman Kaira said that both parties had been exchanging such words in the past as well. “The selected is one for whom the media is forced to runs news in his favour,” he maintained. He said that the prime minister had taken U-turn on all promises he made with the people. “Khan Sahib should now spare this country. The PPP and the PML-N formulate their policies keeping in view their parties.” The PPP leader said that a new inquiry had been opened against Khurshid Shah to probe into a contract of the overseas Pakistanis scheme. “The NAB has accused Khurshid Shah of receiving bribe.” He said that Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif love each other very much. “But Shehbaz Sharif should return to Pakistan as the country needs him,” he added.
