Qatari Commander lauds professionalism of Pakistan Armed Forces

 During the meeting, both the leaders discussed matters of mutual interest including regional security situation.

The Qatar Emiri Air Force commander appreciated Pakistan Navy efforts for maritime security in the region.

Earlier, Commander Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF) Major General Salem Hamad Eqail Al-Nabet called on Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza at Joint Staff Headquarters in Rawalpindi.

According to the  Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters of bilateral professional interest, regional security environment, and further strengthening of security and defence cooperation between the two countries were discussed during the meeting.

On the occasion, the Qatari commander lauded the professionalism of Pakistan armed forces and acknowledged their sacrifices in fight against terrorism.
