LAHORE (92 News) – The Qaumi Tajir Ittehad has announced a countrywide strike against withholding tax on August 5. The decision was made during the Tajir Convention. Black flags will be hoisted in all bazaars and markets. They threatened to extend the strike if the tax was not totally withdrawn. Meanwhile, the All Pakistan Anjuman-e-Tajran has announced a strike on August 1.
