Railway deficit case: Khawaja Saad Rafique produced in SC

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials produced Khawaja Saad Rafique in Supreme Court in the railway deficit case on Thursday. Khawaja Saad Rafique told Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar that he had received the notice late night and could not contact his counsel Kamran Murtaza. He expressed his surprise for bringing Qaisar Amin Butt with him. Talking to the media outside court, Khawaja Saad Rafique said that there is need to reform the NAB. “There is need to improve the modus operandi of the NAB,” he said. Khawaja Saad Rafique said that cameras have been installed in the rooms of the accused. “We will remove the cameras whenever we will get a chance,” he added.
