Rain, hailstorm turn weather cold in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – The rain coupled with hailstorm and gale turned the weather cold in the city on Friday. Several billboards were uprooted due to the windstorm. Owing to the heavy rain, traffic remained blocked on several roads in the city. The power supply was suspended after feeders tripped in Gulshan-e-Ravi, Samanabad, Shadbagh, Mughalpura, Nawankot, Kot Kamboh, Sabzazar and Gulberg areas. Meanwhile, rain was also reported in Faisalabad, Hafizabad, Shahkot, Minchanabad, Pind Dad Khan, Mandi Bahauddin and Okara. After the rain, low-lying areas were inundated in Malkwal.
