Rain turns weather pleasant across Punjab

LAHORE (92 News) – Masses suffering from scorching heat for the last few days were relieved when the rain hit different areas of Punjab including Lahore, Friday morning. Light and heavy rain turned the weather pleasant in different areas of the Punjab. After the rainfall, the temperature dropped in Okara, Sahiwal and other cities of the province including Lahore. Some parts of Lahore were received light rain but the heavy cloud changed the weather in all over the city. The citizens of Lahore enjoying the pleasant weather today. The Pakistan Metrological department forecasts that Rawalpindi, Malkand, Hazara, Bannu, Peshawar, Kohat, Sargodha, FATA, Kashmirand Gilgit-Baltistan can receive more rains in a day or so. In next 24 hours, the rain-thundershower and duststorm/gusty winds are expected in Faisalabad and Multan division.
