Rain turns weather pleasant in several cities

LAHORE (92 News) – Rain turned weather pleasant in different cities of Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh on Thursday. Several cities received incessant rain, while others had drizzle. Islamabad and Peshawar also received rain. A shallow westerly wave is affecting western parts of the country and likely to grip upper/central parts of the country and may persist during next two days. Weather Forecast for Thursday: Dust-thunderstorm/rain (with few hailstorm) is expected at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Malakand, Hazara, Mardan, Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu, D.I.Khan divisions), Punjab (Bahawalpur, Multan, DG Khan, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi divisions), Islamabad and Kashmir, while at isolated places in Quetta, Kalat, Zhob divisions and Gilgit Baltistan. Hot and dry weather is expected in elsewhere in the country. Past 24 Hours Weather: Weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country. However, dust-thunderstorm/rain occurred at isolated places in Quetta, Kalat, Zhob, Malakand, Hazara, Bahawalpur and Larkana divisions.
