LAHORE (92 News) – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has on Sunday stated that there is a chance for the month of Ramazan to begin on June 7. The Ramazan moon is expected to be seen on June 6, and the holy month will start on June 7. “Least age of the moon for its locating is 31 hours, and on June 6, it would be 36 hours old. Accordingly, it could be seen effectively in the vast majority of the urban areas, including beach front belt of Sindh and Balochistan,” Chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Munib-ur-Rehman will made the formal declaration of the moon locating, notwithstanding. The committee is likely to meet on Monday (June 6).
