ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has strongly condemned the recent incident at Masjid-e-Nabwi (SAW).

Addressing a news conference in Lahore on Sunday, along with Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar, he said that this tragic incident has caused shock and sorrow all around. The government will not create hurdle if any citizen wants to take any legal action against the accused culprits. “FIRs have been registered and all concerned quarters have been directed to take action on merit in accordance with law.”

He said that PTI' call for protest on Chaand Raat is beyond understanding. “Action will be taken against all persons who will take law into their own hands.”

Earlier, Interior Minister had demanded the Saudi government to take action over the incident. He had appealed to the Saudi government to take notice of the matter. “Yesterday's incident was done under a plan. We have strictly asked the workers not to react to the incident,”

The minister had said that Saudi Arabia should deport and take action against such people and deport them. "These people are unable to live in the holy office. Saudi Arabia should inform us about such people. Such incidents could create unrest," he declared.
