Rana Sanaullah sends corruption reference against Sh Rasheed to speaker

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N MNA Rana Sanaullah on Friday sent a corruption reference against Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed to National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar. He has appealed to the speaker to forward the reference to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for disqualification of Sheikh Rasheed. Rana Sanaullah alleged that Sheikh Rasheed had made his property through gambling and extortion. He further alleged that Sheikh Rasheed is the real owner of the property in the name of his brother and nephews. “The presence of such person in the assembly is an insult to the House,” he said. On the other hand, Sheikh Rasheed said that Shehbaz Sharif is a thief and a dacoit. “I disagree with the government on appointing Shehbaz Sharif as the Public Accounts Committee chairman,” he said. The minister announced to challenge the appointment of Sheikh Rasheed in court. “The national wealth is being spent on the person arrested for looting the national kitty,” he said. He said that he came to know in China that the son-in-law of Shehbaz Sharif is also a dacoit.
