FAISALABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader Rana Sanauallah’s son-in-law Shehryar has been remanded into police custody for seven days over murder case of PMl-N’s Asif Butt. According to the details garnered, Rana Shehryar was presented before the magistrate in Faisalabad and the court approved physical remand of Rana Shehryar in murder case. Meanwhile, on the appearance of Rana Sanaullah’s son-in-law the jurisdiction of the court become battle field. PML-N workers attacked on the plaintiff and thrashed using openly fists and blows. The police remained silent spectators of the fight. A day earlier, Faisalabad police arrested Rana Shehryar in the murder case. Ahmed Shehryar has been taken into custody from court premises when he reached to meet the PML-N leader. He has been detained in alleged murder of Muzammil, the accused involved in the murder of his two brothers Asif Butt and Imran Butt. On the other hand, an Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) court extended judicial remand of PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah as of August 24 in a narcotics recovery case. Sanaullah was produced before the court in connection with his alleged involvement in a narcotics smuggling case. During the hearing, the court ordered to present CCTV footage in next hearing. Later the judge extended his 15-days physical remand.
