Rangers have rendered many sacrifices for Karachi’s peace: Aftab Sherpao

QUETTA (92 News) – Qaumi Wattan Party (QWP) chief Aftab Ahmad Sherpao has on Wednesday said that the federal and provincial governments should resolve the issue pertaining to Rangers’ policing powers with mutual understanding.

Talking to media after Nawab Akbar Bugti case hearing, Aftab Sherpao said that the Rangers have rendered many sacrifices for bringing peace in Karachi, which could not be forgotten. “The task given to the Rangers, need to be completed,” he said.

He said that the Rangers should stay in the city until the law and order situation will not be improved. “The Rangers’ special powers shouldn’t be made an issue,” he said.
