Rape-cum-murder: Black warrants issued for convict

PESHAWAR (92 News) – A local court issued black warrants for a convict who had murdered a 13-year-old girl after rape. He will be hanged in Haripur Jail on January 31. Jahanzeb had murdered the girl after rape in Bhana Mari police limits in 1996. A local court had awarded him life term in 1998, while the Federal Shariat Court handed him death. The Supreme Court upheld the Federal Shariat Court verdict.
