RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Rawalpindi Corps Commander Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar visited the Line of Control (LoC) and lauded the posted officers for their vigilance, readiness and high morale to respond to any misadventure from the enemies According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar visited the Siachin, Neelum, Muzaffarabad, Kotli and Bhimber along the Line of Control (LoC). He admired the officers, posted on frontline, and men for their vigilance, readiness and high morale to respond to any misadventure from across. He also expressed resolve to protect the civilian population along the LoC.
Rawalpindi corps commander visits troops at Siachen
On March 21,  Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar visited troops at Siachen, Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) said. According to the ISPR, the commander lauded the troops for their vigilance, alertness and high morale. Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar was appointed as Commander 10 Corps Rawalpindi in a major reshuffle in army ranks in late August. Earlier, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Ministry of Defence, United Kingdom on Monday, stated DG ISPR Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor in a tweet.
