Ready to play role for improving Imran-establishment relations: Ch Pervaiz Elahi

LAHORE (92 News) - Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi has said that he is ready to play his role for improving the relations between Imran Khan and the establishment.

In a statement on Monday, he said that Imran Khan should hit his opponents instead of quarrelling with the establishment.

"The Sharifs have always deceived us. We do not want to repeat the mistake by supporting them," he maintained.

Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi said that what neutrality will be if a no-confidence motion succeeds against a prime minister.

"Imran Khan wants the elections should be held immediately," he added.
