Real Imran Khan introduced to nation today: Khawaja Asif

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said that the real Imran Khan has been introduced to the nation today.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said that the people should encourage the institutions if they want to remain within their domain.

"Imran Khan wants to make the institutions subservient to him. He has only one objective – the country should be divided with hatred," he opined.

The minister said that Imran Khan had eulogized the institutions when he was in the power. "After being ousted, Imran Khan used the indecent language in public meetings. On the contrary, he continued to beseech the institutions in closed rooms," he added.

Khawaja Asif said that army chief was asked to stop the no-confidence motion and he was offered extension for an indefinite period in return. "Now the institutions have decided to remain away from politics. Imran Khan made the 'neutral' an abuse after he was refused the help," he maintained.
