Residents stage protest against construction of flyover in Kahna

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has on Sunday inaugurated a fly over in the provincial capital’s Kahna area. Addressing the ceremony, he said that all projects of the Punjab government are being constructed without any corruption. He said that those involved in corruption will be held accountable. On the other hand, the area residents have staged a protest demonstration in front of Punjab CM Shehbaz’s car against the closure of main road of the village. The protesters stopped the car of Punjab CM Shehbaz Sharif. The agitating villagers while demanding the alternative route to the village said that the Punjab chief minister should also think about poor people before starting a mega project.
