Resolution submitted in Punjab Assembly to confer civil award on renowned compere Tariq Aziz

LAHORE (92 News) – A resolution was submitted in the Punjab Assembly to confer civil award on renowned Radio and TV compere Tariq Aziz. The resolution submitted by MPA Momina Waheed says that Tariq Aziz was recognition of Pakistan. “His services cannot be forgotten. The House recommends civil award for Tariq Aziz,” it stated. It states that Tariq Aziz always worked for the progress and betterment of the country. “Tariq Aziz gave his all assets to Pakistan, which is the last gift from to the country from him,” he said. The resolution says that the House declares the death of Tariq Aziz a great tragedy and the vacuum cannot be fulfilled in centuries. The House also prayed for the departed soul.
