Road accident leaves five dead in Mankeira

MANKEIRA (92 News) – At least five persons were killed and 19 others sustained injuries when a passenger coach collided with a car at Jhang-Bhakkar Road in Mankeira on Tuesday.

As per details, the ill-fated incident occurred on Jhang-Bhakkar Road in Mankeira when a passenger coach collided with a car, killing five persons on the spot and injuring 19 others.

The dead include two school teachers Safdar Abbas and Muhammad Amir, while the injured persons also include four teachers including three female teachers Quratul Ain, Bijal Zahida, Sughra Bibi and Sheikh Muhammad Yousaf.

The injured persons were shifted to local hospital for medical assistance, while the condition of five injured is said to be critical.
