Roof collapse buries six person of a family under debris in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – After starting monsoon rains across the country, at least six persons of the same family were buried under the debris of roof collapsed in the Lahore's Shadbagh area on Friday.

According to the details garnered, six people of a family including husband, wife with three children and grandmother were killed when a roof of a two-storey house located in Shadbagh area of Lahore collapsed suddenly.

Rescue teams arrived at the incident spot and retrieved six dead bodies from the debris. The bodies have been shifted to the nearby hospital.

The deceased were identified as 35-years-old Rizwan, 30-years-old Mehwish, 8-years-old Ibrahim, four-years-old Manahil, 55-years-old Sumaira and 18-years-old Rabia.
