Roof collapse in Karachi leaves two dead, six injured

KARACHI (92 News) – At least two persons including a woman were killed and six others injured when the roof of their house caved in in Karachi’s Clifton area on Wednesday. As per details, the ill-fated incident took place in Clifton area of Karachi when the roof of a dilapidated house collapsed trapping several people including women and children under the debris. After being informed, the rescue teams reached the spot and retrieved seven injured persons from the rubble and rushed them to hospital where two of them including a woman succumbed to injuries. The deceased were identified as Zeenat and Azeem Sadiq while Saleem, Amir, Shabana, Daniyal and Anthony were among the injured.
