ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Senate was today (Friday) informed that around Rs1.15 billion were spent on the police security for the anti-government sit-ins in the federal capital during the last five years. According to a report presented in the upper house of the parliament, more than Rs1.15 billion were spent on the police security for the anti-government sit-ins in the federal capital during the last five years. The interior ministry further informed that 3,338 human smugglers were arrested during the last three years.
