Ruckus in Sindh Assembly over PTI member’s ‘Bilawal kehti hay’ mock

KARACHI (92 News) – The sindh Assembly session was turned into ruckus when Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Saeed Afridi mocked Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto saying that Bilawal kehti hay’. According to the details, the ongoing session of provincial assembly marred by a ruckus that erupted over personal attack by Afridi on Bilawal Bhutto. An exchange of hot words between the treasury benches and opposition ensued soon after Saeed Afridi said ‘Bilawal kehti hay’ [Ms Bilawal says]. Following to the harsh words between the opposition and government members, this situation turned into physical quarrel. However, Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani warned the lawmaker that he should stick with the speech and refrain from speaking on women. He also said that the reply should be come after the personal attacks. The lawmaker said that he holds tribal values and respects women. Later, PTI leader Saeed Afridi tendered apology on his statement about the PPP chairman. Opposition Leader in Sindh Assembly Firdous Shamim Naqvi commented that why they felt strong pain on any comment about Bilawla Bhutto. On the other hand, Jamal Siddqui wore helmet during the session of provincial assembly. The assembly session was adjourned until tomorrow (Thursday).
PM calls Bilawal Bhutto ‘Sahiba’, vows not to spare any looter
In the earlier today, Prime Minister Imran Khan lambasted Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, calling him ‘Sahiba’ and vowed that he would not spare any looter of the country.

Addressing a public gathering, he said accountability of corrupt politicians will be completed and no National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) will be given to them. “I unlike Bilawal BhuttoSahiba,’ didn’t come into power on a piece of paper (will) insinuating that the party was handed down to me by my mother as part of property,” he mentioned.

Storm in social media over PM’s statement calling out Bilawal ‘Sahiba’
Soon after following to the statement of Prime Minister Imran Khan at South Waziristan – in which he called Bilwal Bhutto ‘Sahiba’ – the social media users and politicians started to crtiticize the prime minister.

It is worth mention here that Irman Khan said in his statement, “I have come in politics after a lot of struggle, not like Bilawal Bhutto ‘Sahiba’,”

According to the reports, the storm of criticism has been surfaced soon after the video clip of Imran Khan’s speech at public gathering viral on the social media. The video clip of him saying this spread quickly across social media and people criticised him for not maintaining grace on the twitter. One micro blogging user named as Jamshed said, “A Misogynist and so utterly condemnable statement by pm against @BBhuttoZardari calling him sahiba . PM’s in dire need of training into gender and conflict sensitive communication which I can offer him to save the image of country from his tongue.
