Russian delegation visits Ministry of Industries & Production

ISLAMABAD - A Russian delegation representing the largest heavy machinery manufacturing company in Russia met Federal Minister for Industries & Production Ghulam Murtaza Khan Jatoi on Thursday. According to a press release, the Russian delegation expressed interest in maintenance and up-gradation of Pakistan Steel Mill’s (PSM) power plant to increase its generation capacity. The minister supported their initiative and stressed on the contribution to efficient performance of the organisation through this proposal. The minister also emphasized that this project will result in reduced cost of production of electricity for PSM in the future, allowing the organisation to forward the benefit to the national grid of Pakistan in the long-run. – Web Desk
