Sacrifices of APS students brings entire nation on one platform: Maryam Aurangzeb

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzeb has on Friday said that the sacrifices of students of APS brought the entire nation on one platform to fight against the menace of terror. A special prayer ceremony was held in Islamabad on Friday (today) for those who embraced martyrdom in APS tragedy in 2014. Addressing the ceremony, she said that the federal government formulated National Action Plan (NAP) to get rid of the menace of terrorism and the governments of all the four provinces implemented on the NAP. The state minister said that significant achievements have been made on the NAP. Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Tariq Fazal Chaudhary said that the APS tragedy gave a new turn to the history as an operation was initiated against terrorists.
