Safoora tragedy accused’s remand extended for 14 days

KARACHI (92 News) – The anti-terrorism court on Monday extended the remand of three accused of the Safoora tragedy. The police produced Tahir Hussain, Asadur Rahman and Saad Aziz in court amid tight security. The investigation officer told the accused had confessed to the Safoora tragedy and other cases. He said that investigation is going on and more disclosures are expected. The accused faces nine cases, including an attack on US Dr Debra Lobo, murder of Sabeen Mahmood and attacks on police mobiles.
