SAHIWAL (92 News) – Surfacing of a new video of Sahiwal alleged encounter, the fake claims of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has been revealed. The citizen recorded a video of the Sahiwal alleged encounter with his own mobile phone from his car and the whole firing incident unveiled. In the video filmed by a man sitting in a car at a distance from the crime scene, CTD officials can clearly be seen hitting and stopping the victims’ car. The CTD officials are then seen taking the children out of the car shortly after which shots were fired directly at the vehicle. However, no retaliatory fire was witnessed from the victims’ side. The video shows that the CTD officials did not recover any weapon or explosives from the car and no fires were shot at the officials by a motorcyclist. However, it can also be seen in the footage that the CTD officials blocked the road during the incident and they did not take any luggage from the car. They took away children with them after the firing. The citizen who recorded the video has also been surfaced. The citizen identified as Fahad Butt, who reported that he was also going from Okara to Sahiwal and the CTD opened fire on the car in front of him. In another video of incident, it can be seen the CTD officials who picked and dropped the three children from petrol pump. The footage of deceased persons’ car during passing from Okara toll plaza also surfaced, in which, the persons paid the toll plaza tax. Earlier, four persons, including a husband, wife and their teenage daughter, were killed while their minor son received bullet wounds in an alleged shootout in Sahiwal on Saturday. The police said they had killed a local commander of militant organisation Daesh and three others in the operation. Eyewitnesses, however, disputed the claim and said the people in the car did not fire at officials, nor were any explosives recovered from the vehicle. On the other hand, Prime Minister Imran Khan has taken notice of the Sahiwal incident and ordered to make the facts public. Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar phoned the IGP Punjab and hold investigations into the incident. On the other hand, IGP Punjab Amjad Javed Saleemi has demanded a report from the RPO within 24 hours. Federal Minister for Information Fawad Ch said that the deceased were big terrorists. “According to the initial investigations, the terrorists had used the women as a shield,” he added.
