Saudi crown prince’s visit to open up new economic vistas, says Asad Umar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Finance Minister Asad Umar has said that rhe visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will take the relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to new heights. Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that the visit of Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman is a historic visit which will lay the foundation of taking economic relations between both countries to the next higher level. “It is heartening that a Saudi energy company is taking interest to make investment in Pakistan in the energy sector. Economy cannot run without energy,” he maintained. The minister said that the Saudi investors will get opportunities in the country. “The visit will open up new economic avenues between both countries,” he said. Investment Board Chairman Haroon Sharif said that the investment of up to US$15 billion is expected in the country. “Now more countries will come for investment in Pakistan,” he said.
