SBCA seeks police help for evacuating 421 'dangerous' buildings

KARACHI (92 News) - The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has sought the help of the police and district administration for evacuation of 421 buildings declared illegal.

The authorities have appealed to the residents of these buildings to shift to safer paces as they could collapse at any time. A majority of these buildings are located Old City area.

The authorities have displayed banners at the dangerous buildings, a majority of whom was constructed before the establishment of Pakistan.
