SC accepts Faisal Abidi’s unconditional apology in contempt case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has accepted unconditional apology of former senator Faisal Raza Abidi in the contempt of case. His counsel stated that his client seeks an apology. During the hearing, Justice Azmat Saeed warned Faisal Raza Abidi to be careful in future. He said that there is no problem in tolerating criticism. He remarked that the institutions should not be insulted. Justice Azmat Saeed ruled that the apology will have no link with other cases.
