SC approached against SHC verdict to remove model’s name from ECL

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Interior Ministry has on Thursday approached the Supreme Court against Sindh High Court decision to remove super model Ayyan Ali’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL). The ministry stated in its petition that the Sindh High Court had issued the decision contrary to the law that is why the verdict should be declared null and void. The minister further request the Supreme Court to dollar girl's name be retained in ECL.
