SC bench hearing plea against delay in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa polls dissolved
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Supreme Court bench hearing the plea against the delay in the elections of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa dissolved.
Justice Aminuddin Khan recused himself from the hearing the plea. He recused from hearing the plea after the verdict announced by a three-member bench headed by Justice Qazi Faez Isa regarding the Article 184(3).
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial will form a new bench to hear the case.
