SC annuls SHC verdict to remove Ayyan Ali’s name from ECL

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court (SC) has on Thursday annulled the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) order removing the dollar girl Aayan Ali’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL). The Customs officials had filed a plea in the apex court against SHC’s decision after which the SC had issued notice to both parties and also issued stay order. During the proceedings, the lawyer of Customs said that the SHC didn’t review the constitution, adding that the accused can appeal to the government in this regard but the super model didn’t file any appeal.
