SC declares Tejori Heights illegal, seeks reply by tomorrow

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has declared the Tejori Heights constructed on the railway land as illegal.

During the hearing, Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed asked the petitioner whether the owners themselves will demolish or the court should order its demolition through detonator.

He remarked that the Tejori Heights documents were changed. "You can get anything from the Revenue Department after bribing them. This sequence will not stop if not stopped tomorrow," he ordered.

Later, the court adjourned the case until October 29.
